Dr. Muhammad Usman

Chief Executive Officer

Muhammad Usman is a renowned Public Policy, Human Capital, and Institutional Development Specialist. He is a Management & Institutional Development practitioner with core competencies in Institutional Reforms, Governance, Human Capital Development, Inclusion, Sustainable Development, and Strategic Communications.

He has extensively worked on Youth Socioeconomic Development in Pakistan. He is one of the architects of the first ever Youth Policies of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (2016) and Balochistan (2024). He is the principal architect of National Youth Development Framework (2018-19). He had been assisting Prime Minister Office as Public Policy & Youth Development Specialist in various youth related interventions including policy design, strategic planning, institutional reforms, and policy implementation for the socioeconomic development of Youth of Pakistan during 2018-2022. Previously, in 2014, in acknowledgement of his extensive services for Youth Development, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has also awarded him with Best Youth Leader of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

He has done Ph. D in Management Sciences discipline, with research focus on Youth Employability and Training Need Assessment in Digital Skills in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Since last one and a half decades, he has been working with various International Development Partners and Government Institutions as a Public Policy Specialist and through the platform of Liaison Corporation; for Youth Socioeconomic Development particularly for Inclusion & Mainstreaming of Youth Groups with focus on Marginalized Youth Groups including but not limited to Minority Groups, Religious Seminaries, Rural Youth, and Young Women, Social Cohesion & Inclusion for building a resilient society through sensitization of the masses, Improved Public Service Delivery for the masses through Participatory Governance, Institutional Reforms, and Digital Transformation, Sustainable Development through Skills Development of Human Capital and Policy Reforms, and Climate & Environment with focus on Climate Change: Mitigation, Resilience, Adaptation, Green Initiatives, Environmental Protection: Plantation, and Water Conservation. He has contributed to various Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) including; Climate Action, Decent Work & Economic Growth, Industry Innovation & Infrastructure, Good Health & Well-being, Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions, Reduce Inequalities, Gender Equality, Quality Education, Partnership for Goals.

He is managing numerous Business Companies as Director & Managing Partner. He is the founder of Liaison Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. and currently serving it as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since 2012.

Adnan Khan

He is a Ph. D Scholar in Econometrics with 15 years of professional experience in Academia, Development Sector and Consulting Services. Across the Country, he has managed diverse Government & Development Sectors funded projects in numerous thematic areas including but not limited to Institutional Development & Reforms, Public Policy & Governance, Educational Reforms, Digitization & Public Service Delivery, Youth Socioeconomic Development, Social Cohesion & Resilience, Interfaith Harmony & Peacebuilding, Marginalized Communities Mainstreaming & Uplift, and Gender Development. Mr. Adnan has tremendous skills in Public Relationship Management, Human Resource Management, Conﬂict Management & Resolution, Program Management, and Stakeholders Engagement.

Syed Aamer Abdullah (Ph. D)

Strategic Advisor

Dr. Syed Aamer Abdullah is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in governance, policy reform, and conflict resolution. He has held significant roles, including Ministeries for Tribal Affairs, Industries, Commerce, and Technical Education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. During his tenure, he was instrumental in formulating the High Impact Economic Plan for the Merged Districts and led critical governance reforms. Also served as a policy expert with the Prime Minister’s Secretariat and contributed to various government projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and led key national initiatives, including the UN’s Common Country Assessment, shaping Pakistan’s strategic framework for the One UN program. Internationally, he has trained for the World Trade Organization and the Polio Eradication Program in Afghanistan. He holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies from Erasmus University.

Muhammad Iqbal

Muhammad Iqbal holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management and brings over 15 years of experience in the Government, Development, and Humanitarian Sectors. He specializes in Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in Program Planning, Implementation, Quality Control, and Team Building. He is also leading the Program Management team of the company. Furqan Ul Wahab

With a background in Business Administration and over 15 years of professional experience in strategic communication, Mr. Furqan has led numerous government and development sector consulting assignments. She has published impactful papers and contributes to studies on climate change, disaster, and conflict impacts on female education. Her specialization areas encompass gender equality in education, socioeconomic development, community empowerment, educational resilience in conflict zones, and institutional capacity building.

Maria Sadaf

Ms. Maria Sadaf holds Masters degrees in Sociology and Political Science and brings over half a decade of experience in Gender Mainstreaming. Through various programs & initiatives, she has extensively worked for Socioeconomic Development of Young Women with special focus on young women of rural areas and young women of different faiths hence uplifting the marginalized communities. She has managed and supported a range of Government and Development Sector programs & projects with a strong focus on Young Women Socioeconomic Development, Gender Equality, and Social Cohesion. Her technical expertise includes Gender Mainstreaming, Social & Financial Inclusion and Design & Implementation of Gender-Sensitive Projects. Her role also supports the integration of Gender Perspectives across Programs to ensure equitable and inclusive Development Outcomes.

Raj Wali Khan

A Computer Science graduate with over 12 years of experience, Mr. Raj Wali excels in Digital Content Development, 3D animation, and Strategic Communication.
